Headstand for beginners

Curious about going upside down but not sure where to start? In this beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll break down both tripod and traditional headstand. Using props and step-by-step progressions, as well as no-jump entries, we’ll focus on one aspect of the pose at a time so you feel steady at every stage. Expect plenty of 1:1 guidance and adjustments in a supportive, lighthearted environment. You’ll leave with the confidence to take your headstand practice further, and start bringing it into your flows.

Ready to take your inversion practice further? In this open-level workshop, we’ll break down the technique, strength, and mobility foundations that make forearm stand possible, and go through progressive variations and practical drills. You’ll also learn how to bail safely so you can finally practice off the wall with confidence. With plenty of personal guidance and 1:1 adjustments, you’ll leave not only stronger and more stable but also with the knowledge to keep progressing independently, wherever you are on your forearm stand journey.
