Erica is the founder of Soul City and teaches from the heart — with depth, warmth, and a touch of playful lightness.
She believes yoga is more than movement — it’s a path to reconnect with yourself, breathe more freely, and live with authenticity. Her classes invite you to soften, feel, and explore without pressure or expectation.
A certified yoga teacher and somatic trauma release facilitator, Erica intuitively weaves together classical asana, breath awareness, and somatic practices in a trauma-informed way. Her teaching nurtures safety, curiosity, and deep embodiment — not about performing, but listening to the body and honoring what arises.
What Erica stands for is realness. She creates a space where all parts of you are welcome, where compassion, curiosity, and courage guide the way.
Soul City was born from her wish to build a home for honest connection, shared growth, and full-hearted living — a place where the soul gets to breathe.

For Sinah, yoga is a path of transformation that touches her at the deepest level.
She is continually fascinated by the magic that unfolds through asana, pranayama, and meditation. Iyengar’s words — “You cannot describe the value of yoga, you have to experience it” — truly resonate with her. A devoted daily practice supports her in living a balanced and fulfilled life.Sinah teaches strong Hatha flows infused with the experimental qualities of Katonah yoga. Her classes combine precise, breath-led movement with moments of stillness and awareness — blending tradition with modernity to create balance, strength, and a sense of lightness in the body. Each session closes with deep relaxation, allowing body and mind to integrate and rest.

Renata discovered yoga at the age of 14 in an Iyengar class, where she first experienced the transformative power of asana. Her path has since unfolded through many traditions and countries, guided by devoted teachers and enriched by studies in Hatha, Jivamukti, Pranayama, Yoga Sangraha and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.
With a holistic approach that bridges body, mind, and soul, Renata invites her students to move with awareness, curiosity, and compassion. Her classes explore balance, freedom, and embodiment — where movement becomes meditation and each breath a return to self.
Through personal experience, Renata learnt that compassionate presence is the key to our personal and collective wellbeing. Practicing to be present with what we encounter in our mind, body and soul - and meet it with honesty and warmth.
A lifelong lover of music and arts, Renata sang in theatre and choir during her youth and later reconnected with her voice through mantra chanting and Uria Tsur’s Vocal Freedom work. Alongside yoga, she offers private and group sound baths — weaving the vibrations of handpan, crystal bowls, and drums to create spaces of ease and renewal. She continues to expand her sound practice, now learning to play the gong and exploring the healing potential of voice and resonance.
Renata training: 200h Hatha, 75h Spiritual Warrior Jivamukti, 40h Trauma-Sensitive yoga, 100h Pranayama, 50h Sound healing, 50h Indian philosophical traditions, 30h Science of stretching, Animara Handpan Hit 1.3

From Miriam’s very first yoga class, a question arose: What is this? Years of teaching later, she still carries that question as a seeker. Trained in Rishikesh in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pre- & Postnatal Yoga, Sankhya and Soundhealing, she weaves mantras, Sanskritam, and philosophy into her teaching.
A polyglot and sinologist, Miriam has a love for languages and a deep longing to understand in a world where so much is misheard. She found in yoga a language to discover the Self fully, recognizing the body as its most genuine speaker—a no-pretend, raw voice that expresses truth beyond words.
In her classes, Miriam encourages students to drop formalities and pretenses, to show up unpolished and whole. Practice with her is about meeting whatever arises—distraction, discomfort, or vulnerability—with honesty. To practice imperfection!
And to then meet the knowledge within ourselves.Miriam training: 200h Multistyle, 200h Hatha and Ashtanga, 300h Multistyle, 50 h Yin, 85h Pre- & postnatal, Sorry I also forgot, Soundhealing Tibetan Warrior Syllables-Tradition and Sound Training Level 1
