Alignment & Adjustment with Sinah

22.11-23.11 2025

In this training we equip yoga teachers with a deep understanding of physical alignment, hands-on or verbal adjustment techniques to enhance student safety, support proper form, and deepen the student’s experience. The training is enriched with Katonah Yoga principles. You’ll leave with refined tools to hold a space that is safe, functional, and full of potential.

As part of the training, you’ll have the opportunity to assist and practice hands-on adjustments in two of the facilitator’s regular yoga classes. These classes take place outside of the 10 course hours and are designed to help you apply what you’ve learned, build confidence, and refine your skills in a real class setting. The facilitator will also provide you with personal feedback to support your growth.

To keep our trainings accessible to as many people as possible, we offer scaled pricing. You choose the price point that best matches your financial situation — no questions asked.

Training Price Options: CHF 290 / CHF 310 / CHF 350

Three pillars of our training programs.

  • A person in black clothing bending down against a plain white wall.

    Lived experience.

We teach from embodiment, not theory.
Every facilitator has walked their own path of healing and transformation. The training invites you to explore your own lived experiences, physically, emotionally, and energetically, so that what you offer others is grounded in truth, empathy, and understanding.

We can only guide others as far as we’ve gone ourselves.

  • A woman practicing yoga or stretching indoors against a plain wall, wearing a white sports bra and white leggings.

    Authenticity.

At the heart of this work lies presence and honesty.
Authenticity means meeting each moment as it is—without performance or pretense. You’ll learn to hold space from your authentic self, listening deeply to the body’s intelligence and allowing natural expression to unfold.

True facilitation arises from being, not doing.

  • Three women practicing yoga in a bright, minimal room; one in a seated stretch with arms raised and hands clasped, another bending with her hand behind her head, and the third standing with midsection visible.

    Inclusivity.

We honor the uniqueness of every body, story, and nervous system.
Our training embraces diversity and welcomes all identities and experiences. The container we create is one of safety, respect, and openness, where each participant feels seen and supported in their own process.

    Healing happens in belonging
